Working together to acheive more collectively that what we could on our own
J. Paul Getty once said I would rather have 1% of the efforts of 100 men, than 100% of my own effort.
The difficulty is finding 100 people to give you 1% of their effort. Why should they, we are all in it for ourselves, right? But what if there was a way of getting thousands of people to give you 1% of their efforts, because in doing so, they will reap the same rewards?
What goes around comes around – and thinking of others will bring its own rewards
Most of us are programmed to look out for ourselves. Our upbringing teaches us to look out for number one. That as an individual we are unique, special, and nobody is going to help us be successful so we have to do it alone.
If everyone felt the same way then this would be true. But if we can put greed and selfishness to one side, we could achieve so much more by working together.
The Idea
The Current Situation
Using blue widgets as a concept, imagine most people bought blue widgets every month, and spend £40 on these widgits month in, month out. These widgets might be produced in a country in another contintent, and the company thats sells these widgets might be also based in another country.
What if the profit margin on these widgets was £30. Most of this profit would benefit people who you don’t even know, and don’t even care about. Your only concern might be the quality of the blue widgit, and your routine, but if you think a stage further you can see what a positive impact this can have on peoples lives.
A Shift Of View Point
What if that profit went to people you cared about, your friends, family, their friends and family. By buying this blue widget from someone you know, you could help them improve their life, and the life of their friends, family, and work colleagues? If the blue widget did the same job for you, but actually helped other people closer to home, why wouldn’t you buy this widget?
What if the price was about the same, a few pound more, or a few pound less? You might not ordinarlity want to change, because you are used to the routine of buying your widgets, but by switching you can make a massive difference to you and the people close to your heart, whilst making only a subtle change to your buying patterns. And this is the concept I am interested in – by thinking of others you can improve the life of others, as well as your own.
Can it really make that much difference to your life though?
Simply put, you start selling blue widgets to your friends and family, for a small profit.
So how many blue widgets do you need to sell to improve your life to such an extent that it really makes a difference? Finding ten to twelve people who would buy your widget on a regular basis over the space of a year could revolutionise your life. Even if the profit margin is relatively small. All you need to do is speak to somebody who runs an effective network marketing program, and they will show you how the money works.
Network Marketing
My definition of network marketing is “enriching your life, and the lives of those around you by working together to acheive a common goal”. Network marketing works if you have the right mindset, and teach people that work doesn’t have to be hard. It works if people stop being selfish and start working together to help themselves and others close to home.

Getting Sheet Metal Roofing Kit Homes
There are a lot of reasons why one may decide that they would like to have sheet metal roofing and this is usually not done on home but rather outbuildings or businesses. The architectural sheet metal roofing is something that looks very nice but it is not something that you would want to place on your kit homes as it would not be as efficient as shingles or as friendly with the resell value of your home. Of course, if you do not ever plan to sell your kit home, you can really do anything that you would like to do to it.
Sheet metal roofing is something that is easy enough to install but if you really do not have a lot of experience in this type of work then it is best to leave it up to the professionals. When you try to tackle such a job without the proper skills or tools then you may very well find yourself in trouble later down the road when it all comes falling apart. Then having to replace or repair the sheet metal roofing is going to cost you more money out of pocket, which is something that everyone tends to want to limit.
Looking For The Professionals
While some people may see hiring a professional team to come in to put on the sheet metal roofing a waste of money, doing it yourself and messing things up is more costly in the end. If you are someone that has no experience working with sheet metal roofing then it is always best to leave something like that to those who are trained in working with such materials. What you do want to do though is make sure that you are hiring a company or someone that has a lot of experience, carries their own insurance that they can provide proof of, and that can turn over references to you. Only then when a company meets those requirements should you consider them for your sheet metal roofing project.
A good way to find a solid company that can do well on the job you need done is to talk with friends and family to see if they have anyone that they would recommend to you that they may have used in the past. If that does not pan out for you then you should consider talking personally with each company in your area and have them all come out for estimates. Before hiring them though for the sheet metal roofing job you should fully research the company's history and background via the Internet to really get a feel for whether or not they are trustworthy. In the end you will be glad that you put extra work into finding just the right company to go with.
